Delivery:
You will be contacted as soon as your order has been received by our agents. After payment of the compulsory turnover tax* and import duty* (set by the Customs) and costs* which are charged by the agents, the order can be collected.
*SendCaribe has no influence on these costs.
Returns:
Your order will be processed following receipt of your payment on SendCaribe’s bank account. The products can no longer be returned, once received. Should the goods be the subject of a guarantee then in the event of their return the cost of shipment will be for your own account.
